IFCI Infrastructure Development Limited (IIDL) was set up by IFCI Limited (IFCI) as its wholly owned subsidiary in the year 2007 to venture into the real estate and infrastructure sector as an institutional player.
IIDL is running 92 luxurious serviced apartments comprising of studios, one bedroom & two-bedroom suites under the name “ IIDL SUITES” at Mayur Vihar , New Delhi.
IIDL has successfully completed 2 residential projects namely “21st Milestone Residency” and IIDL Aerie”.
