Shri Rahul Bhave – Non Executive Chairman
Shri Rahul Bhave is a senior banker with over 25 years of commercial banking experience in various capacities and has worked across the country. He was working as Executive Director in National Housing Bank since 2020. He has worked to promote a strong housing and housing finance system in the country through refinancing to strengthen the credit delivery network at the grassroots level by effective supervision of HFCS.
He has experience of heading various zones in a commercial bank. Apart from expertise in retail operations, he also has experience in the areas of refinancing, supervision, recovery, risk management and IT.
Mr. Bhave holds an MBA in Public Management and Policy and a Masters in Statistics from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a CAIIB graduate.
Shri Rahul Bhave is a Managing Director & CEO at IFCI Ltd. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd and IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd. He is a member of the General Body of Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship Development and Management Development Institute. In addition, he is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of IFCI Social Foundation.
Shri Manikumar Sivaramakrishnan – Nominee Director
Shri Manikumar Sivaramakrishnan, is Deputy Managing Director at IFCI Ltd. Shri Sivaramakrishnan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA). He also holds an MBA (Finance), MS (Banking), Advanced PG Diploma in Computer Applications and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
He has more than 3 decades experience in the Banking and Financial Services space, especially in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, rural innovations, microfinance and financial inclusion, rural infrastructure financing, integrated risk management, HR transformation, banking technologies and structuring of new financial products.
Beginning his official career with Indian Overseas Bank in the early 90's, Shri Manikumar joined NABARD in 1992 and rose to the level of Chief General Manager, working across various geographies and roles. During this time, he also served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in NABVENTURES Ltd., the VC subsidiary of NABARD and as a Faculty Member at the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow. At the time of demitting office from NABARD, he was heading the Bank's Strategic Planning and Product Innovations Dept. at its Head Office in Mumbai.
He had also served as Director on the Board of many institutions, viz., NCDEX, SIDBI, NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Ltd. (NBFC-subsidiary of NABARD), NABVENTURES Ltd., OPL Finance Ltd. and Sahakar Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. Besides IFCI Ltd., Shri Manikumar is on the Board of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited and Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited.

Shri Venugopal K Nair - Director
Shri Venugopal K Nair is Director General of Police – Retired with vast experience in the field of Policing and Administration that included Law & order, Security, Vigilance. He also has exposure to Industry having worked as Managing Director of the Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation and the State Shipping and Inland Navigation Corporation. His stint in Delhi as Director Vigilance in Steel Authority provided him with deep insight into Corporate Governance and Corporate Compliances with a better understanding of corporate malfeasance. At present, he is serving as an Independent External Monitor (IEM) with National Aluminium Corporation (NALCO), Bhubaneswar, NTPC Limited and ITI Bangalore (GOI). He was earlier IEM with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), Vizag and also Director of Malabar Cements & Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd. (Govt. of Kerala). Prior to this, he served Reliance Industries Limited as Advisor Corporate Affairs and Advisor and Consultant to L&T on Kochi Metro Project (KMRL). He had served Kerala Police Administration at various levels from 1980 to 2012. He is MSc. (Fibre Science & Technology) and has a Post Graduate Diploma (Textile Technology) from the University of Leeds, UK.

Dr. Sumita Rai - Director
Dr. Sumita Rai is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at MDI. She is a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India.
Prior to MDI¸ Dr. Sumita Rai was a member of faculty of Human Resource Group at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow. She has also taught at BEM/Kedge Management School, France University of Szeged Hungary.
She regularly conducts trainings and Leadership Development Programs for PSUs on Advance Management, IAS & defence officers¸ PSB officers, PSE Mid to Senior Leaders and MNCs with a focus on competency mapping and profiling; understanding self, Managerial Effectiveness, Negotiation skills and Conflict Management, Team building, cross cultural training and exploring personality. She has consulted extensively with various Public¸ Private¸ and MNCs in India such as IOCL, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, Petronet-LNG, Nestle India Ltd to name a few.
Dr. Rai has published more than 40 research papers in various national and international journals. She has co-authored a book titled “Millennials and the workplace: Challenges for Architecting the Organization of Tomorrow” which has been published by Sage International in May 2012. She has also been actively involved in joint research at national and international levels. She is also working in the area of Ethical Leadership.
