IFCI Infrastructure Development Limited (IIDL) was set up in the year 2007 by IFCI (India’s First Post-Independence Development Financial Institution established in July 1948 for industrial and economic growth) with a vision to leverage its expertise to reap dividend from emerging Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. Since its inception, IIDL has developed two residential projects at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and Kochi, Kerala. IIDL has also developed and running a Gold Standard property i.e. “IIDL Suites”, Serviced Apartments at Mayur Vihar, New Delhi.
The Real Estate Sector has seen some changes in the past in the form of Government policy reforms majorly enactment of Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016. RERA will pave way for a stronger real estate sector in India by bringing in greater uniformity in the processes followed by developers and enhancing the confidence level amongst buyers.
