Shri Rahul Bhave – Non Executive Chairman

Shri Rahul Bhave is a senior banker with over 25 years of commercial banking experience in various capacities and has worked across the country. He was working as Executive Director in National Housing Bank since 2020. He has worked to promote a strong housing and housing finance system in the country through refinancing to strengthen the credit delivery network at the grassroots level by effective supervision of HFCS.

He has experience of heading various zones in a commercial bank. Apart from expertise in retail operations, he also has experience in the areas of refinancing, supervision, recovery, risk management and IT.

Mr. Bhave holds an MBA in Public Management and Policy and a Masters in Statistics from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a CAIIB graduate.

Shri Rahul Bhave is a Managing Director & CEO at IFCI Ltd. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd and IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd. He is a member of the General Body of Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship Development and Management Development Institute. In addition, he is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of IFCI Social Foundation.

Shri Manikumar Sivaramakrishnan – Nominee Director

Shri Manikumar Sivaramakrishnan, is Deputy Managing Director at IFCI Ltd. Shri Sivaramakrishnan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA). He also holds an MBA (Finance), MS (Banking), Advanced PG Diploma in Computer Applications and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.

He has more than 3 decades experience in the Banking and Financial Services space, especially in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, rural innovations, microfinance and financial inclusion, rural infrastructure financing, integrated risk management, HR transformation, banking technologies and structuring of new financial products.

Beginning his official career with Indian Overseas Bank in the early 90's, Shri Manikumar joined NABARD in 1992 and rose to the level of Chief General Manager, working across various geographies and roles. During this time, he also served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in NABVENTURES Ltd., the VC subsidiary of NABARD and as a Faculty Member at the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow. At the time of demitting office from NABARD, he was heading the Bank's Strategic Planning and Product Innovations Dept. at its Head Office in Mumbai.

He had also served as Director on the Board of many institutions, viz., NCDEX, SIDBI, NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Ltd. (NBFC-subsidiary of NABARD), NABVENTURES Ltd., OPL Finance Ltd. and Sahakar Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. Besides IFCI Ltd., Shri Manikumar is on the Board of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited and Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited.

Shri Sachikanta Mishra – Nominee Director

Shri. Sachikanta Mishra is a postgraduate in Mathematical Economics and is currently working as Executive Director in IFCI Ltd. Mr. Mishra has over 20 years of experience in various fields like Macro-modelling, Corporate Advisory, Risk Management, Project financing, corporate finance etc.

Shri Sachikanta Mishra is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd and Chairman of IFCI Factors Ltd.

Shri Venugopal K Nair - Director

Shri Venugopal K Nair is Director General of Police – Retired with vast experience in the field of Policing and Administration that included Law & order, Security, Vigilance. He also has exposure to Industry having worked as Managing Director of the Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation and the State Shipping and Inland Navigation Corporation. His stint in Delhi as Director Vigilance in Steel Authority provided him with deep insight into Corporate Governance and Corporate Compliances with a better understanding of corporate malfeasance. At present, he is serving as an Independent External Monitor (IEM) with National Aluminium Corporation (NALCO), Bhubaneswar, NTPC Limited and ITI Bangalore (GOI). He was earlier IEM with Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), Vizag and also Director of Malabar Cements & Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd. (Govt. of Kerala). Prior to this, he served Reliance Industries Limited as Advisor Corporate Affairs and Advisor and Consultant to L&T on Kochi Metro Project (KMRL). He had served Kerala Police Administration at various levels from 1980 to 2012. He is MSc. (Fibre Science & Technology) and has a Post Graduate Diploma (Textile Technology) from the University of Leeds, UK.

Shri Vijay Kumar Tyagi – Director

Shri Vijay Kumar Tyagi is a career banker, with profound experience in various verticals of banking in India, and overseas locations in the areas of Corporate credit, International banking, Retail, Agriculture and MSME credit, Remittances, Regulatory Compliance, Risk management, and Corporate Governance. He is a Certified Corporate Governance Professional of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. His leadership experience includes Administrative, Operational, Managerial, and Board-level experience in India and abroad. He has experience chairing the boards and working as a Director on the boards of overseas subsidiaries of the State Bank of India and has also functioned as the Shareholder’s representative of SBI in various subsidiaries/JVs, like Nepal, Botswana, Mauritius, Bhutan, Indonesia, Russia, Canada, California (USA), and the UK. He has also steered Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) sub-division as Director in the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India ensuring growth in FDIs and apt handling of FDI & ODI subject matters, FDI Policy formulations, Foreign Investment policy issues relating to Foreign Venture Capital Investment (FVCI), Alternative Investment Fund (AIFs)- Venture Funds, Angel Funds, Private Equity Funds, etc. He also carries experience of working as Chief Vigilance Officer in Punjab National Bank, National Housing Bank, and Punjab & Sindh Bank.

He is fond of light music and believes in exploring innovative solutions for ease of business in every aspect of life.

Shri Rajeev Kumar- Director

Shri Rajeev Kumar is an experienced banker with 30+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking and investment banking. He retired as Executive Director of IDBI Bank. During his tenure with IDBI Bank, Mr. Kumar led several strategic initiatives of the bank, held senior committee positions and was a nominee director with multiple companies.

Post Retirement, he has been advising corporates for fund raising and resolution of stressed assets. Mr. Kumar is B. Tech from HBTI Kanpur and MBA Finance from Kanpur University.

Shri Amrendra Kumar – Managing Director

Shri. Amrendra Kumar is General Manager at IFCI Ltd. He has over 22 years of banking and finance experience in various verticals like Corporate credit, Monitoring & Recovery, Retail, Agriculture and MSME credit. Shri Kumar has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) and BSc (Agriculture). He has been associated with IFCI since 2017 and has experience in Corporate Lending, Monitoring & Recovery and Vigilance Department. Prior to joining IFCI Limited, he has worked with Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank Ltd.
