Project Introduction
IIDL has developed a group housing residential complex viz., 21st Milestone Residency on a land admeasuring 4.82 Acres at main Delhi-Meerut Road, Ghaziabad. The project has 4 towers wherein 258 residential apartments of 3/4 bedroom have been constructed.
The project is complete in all respect and occupancy certificate has also been obtained from the authority. The possession of all apartments has already been given.
